Nathan founded Innovative Initiative after his time in a testing laboratory, building on a longstanding drive to solve problems and find better ways of doing things.
The lab provided an accelerated education. He worked with R&D and quality departments at hundreds of companies, developing tests to validate designs and resolve product issues. Each challenge brought a new opportunity to learn how different products, processes, and industries work.
His current role continues that breadth, working with hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries and challenges. He brings that perspective to product development, continuous improvement, automation, and process controls.
